3 Simple Ways To Practise Intuition Daily

Are you feeling disconnected from your inner guidance, or not hearing your intuition clearly or consistently?

You are not alone. It is so easy to feel disconnected both internally and externally these days. There is so much going on in our lives competing for our attention, our time, our energy, and our resources.

Intuition requires mindful presence which is why these distractions and emotions such as fear, scarcity, and even lack of trust, and lack of self-belief disconnect us from our inner guidance, our source of inner power, if we allow it.

Luckily, there are many ways to rebuild inner connection, and build trust and belief in your intuition!

It is simply a matter of prioritizing a little time and effort each day to yourself for practise. The key is to keep it short, simple, and practical.

Here are 3 short, practical ways to practise hearing intuition more clearly, and help build trust and self-belief in your inner guidance:

  1. Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit for 10-15 minutes. Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly. Take 3 long, slow, deep breaths to ease any tension and come back to yourself. Now, bring your attention to your senses one at a time. What do you hear? What do you see? What so you taste? What do you smell? What do you feel? With curiosity, notice any sensations in the body, any thoughts or insights that arise.

  2. Practise asking your heart and soul to give you a word or mantra upon waking each day. That word of encouragement will uplift and start your day infused with positive energy and inner connection. Practise daily, and keep trying for a few days if you get nothing at first, it will come. Relax, breathe, and trust what you receive.

  3. If you love oracle cards, pull a card before bedtime to help bring you back within before going to sleep, especially if your day was challenging. Ask your heart and soul for a message of love and support. You can even carry it over into dream time by asking your heart and soul to expand on the message in your dreams, or through journaling before going to sleep.
